Mr. Atnikov has held the position as a Director of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Canada and possesses more than 25 years of ITS Product and Systems Development, Sales and Operations experience. His portfolio includes extensive knowledge and expertise in administrative management, project management, product development, and product promotion.
Douglas Gubbe has been with Novax since its inception in 1981. Over the years, his creativity and insights into the latest developments in electronics and traffic management have honed Novax’s innovative edge. He directs new product development and leads the customer technical support efforts. He is adept at understanding customer needs and creating customer specific solutions. Doug is possibly the leading authority on accessible pedestrian systems in North America.
Camille possesses over 10 years of experience as a multidisciplinary engineering management professional. Professional engineer Province of BC. Holds a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. Camille’s experience also includes interfacing with sales and marketing to determine customer specifications. Documenting system specifications. Hardware and software design to ensure compliance with specifications and adherence to design control process (plan, document, review and source control). Coordinating timely delivery of hardware with operations team.
Milen is a leading electronics hardware design professional well known for delivering unique designs to his projects. Milen is extremely dedicated to developing electronic products which require cutting-edge high-tech challenging design and innovations.

Don oversees the Sales department and provides backup to the hardware engineering and design team. His thirty plus years of design for manufacturability (DFM) experience for traffic and pedestrian control applications ensures that Novax products exceed industry standards. As a BCIT graduate he is well versed in the practical day to day operational needs Novax customers.
Chris Jose, a B.C.I.T. Telecommunication graduate, leads Novax’s Service Support group. He is responsible for testing and evaluating new and existing Novax products. As a service representative Chris provides technical support by phone or in the field.
